Heat relaxes the muscle, and gets blood moving where it's needed
Period pain comes from prostaglandins making the womb tighten, squeezing off its own blood supply. Warmth relaxes that muscle and pulls more blood into the area, easing the squeeze, spasm, and short-term lack of oxygen that actually cause the ache. It also works a bit like TENS: crowding out pain signals before they register.
In the trial that matters most here, continuous low-level heat at ~40°C produced a significant drop in period pain. A follow-up found a heat wrap did better still, with less cramping besides.

Four steps, and you're comfortable
- Charge fully before first use, via the included USB-C cable.
- Wrap the belt around your lower abdomen or lower back, and adjust the band so it sits snugly.
- Choose a heat level and, if you'd like, a massage mode. Give it a minute to reach temperature.
- Wear for as long as feels good. Auto shut-off keeps things safe if you doze off on the sofa.
⚠️ Safety notes
- Not intended for use while sleeping.
- Do not use on broken, inflamed, or numb skin.
- At the warmest setting, keep a thin layer of clothing between the panel and your skin.
- Stop use and consult a doctor if you notice skin irritation or unusual pain.
This is a one-time purchase, on purpose: you buy Relief · Warmth once, and it should outlast any reason to buy another. It soothes real pain but doesn't cure it, and severe or new pain still needs a doctor.
