Heat relaxes the muscle, and gets blood moving where it's needed

Period pain comes from prostaglandins making the womb tighten, squeezing off its own blood supply. Warmth relaxes that muscle and pulls more blood into the area, easing the squeeze, spasm, and short-term lack of oxygen that actually cause the ache. It also works a bit like TENS: crowding out pain signals before they register.

In the trial that matters most here, continuous low-level heat at ~40°C produced a significant drop in period pain. A follow-up found a heat wrap did better still, with less cramping besides.

Four steps, and you're comfortable

  1. Charge fully before first use, via the included USB-C cable.
  2. Wrap the belt around your lower abdomen or lower back, and adjust the band so it sits snugly.
  3. Choose a heat level and, if you'd like, a massage mode. Give it a minute to reach temperature.
  4. Wear for as long as feels good. Auto shut-off keeps things safe if you doze off on the sofa.

⚠️ Safety notes

  • Not intended for use while sleeping.
  • Do not use on broken, inflamed, or numb skin.
  • At the warmest setting, keep a thin layer of clothing between the panel and your skin.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor if you notice skin irritation or unusual pain.

This is a one-time purchase, on purpose: you buy Relief · Warmth once, and it should outlast any reason to buy another. It soothes real pain but doesn't cure it, and severe or new pain still needs a doctor.

Questions people ask before buying

How hot does it get?
Level 1 sits at about 40°C, the temperature used in the trials. Levels 2 and 3 go a little warmer for comfort, and we stop at 48°C, because past that you're adding burn risk, not relief.
How long does the battery last?
3–4+ hours of continuous heat on a full charge, depending on the level you pick. Fast USB-C charging when it's time to top up.
Can I wear it to work?
Yes. It sits slim enough under most clothing, and the vibration modes are quiet enough that the person at the next desk won't notice.
Is it safe?
Auto shut-off and overheat protection, and it never goes past 48°C. Skip it on broken, inflamed or numb skin, and don't wear it to sleep.
What about Relief · Pulse?
Warmth has the strongest evidence behind it and suits most people day to day. Pulse is a TENS device for harder days, still being designed and not for sale yet. You can see where it has got to and register interest.
